1.2 One registered person can submit maximum of two abstracts

It is crucial that the author choose the most suitable session in which she/he wants to present her/his work so that her/his abstract will be given the best evaluation for possible presentation at the conference. Each submitted abstract will be acknowledged with a reference number by email within several hours of successful submission. Please quote this reference number in all your future correspondence.

1.3 Outstanding Awards for Young Scientists and Students

Young scientists (below 40 years old) and students (excluding principle investigator, associate and full Professors) from both industry and academia are encouraged to compete for the outstanding awards presented for oral and poster presentations. Eight (8) or more award recipients will be selected, and the details on awards and selection criteria will be announced later on this website.

2. Publication

2.1 All abstracts will be reviewed. An accepted abstract, whose presenting author has completed the formal registration, will be published by the Organizing Committee in the CESE Conference Abstracts Book. One person can only present two papers at this Conference (either 2 oral or 2 poster or one oral and one poster presentations).

2.2 Authors of selected abstracts will be invited to submit full manuscript for possible publication in special issues of well reputed journals after peer review. However, there is no guarantee that the manuscript submitted will be accepted for publication. The final decision on the acceptance of a manuscript will be made by the editor of the journal. Please check the conference website regularly for further announcements. Invitation to special issue submission will only be sent to authors who have completed the formal registration.
